Keychron K Pro Switch

Spring is different than I imagined vs the reds. It is more resistant to bottom out, but actuates very early. Once you get used to it is nice for gaming.

WOW. I just can't believe what I'm just typing on. I have really big strong hands and never really thought about how my typing experience would change if I had heavier switches. Turns out it changes everything. I just type more precisely, faster and with more confidence. My brain is now sure I've hit every key, no more drifting around ultralight touch keys. I swapped at the same time my keycaps for ASA profile and I'm just blow away. Keychron are the best, period.

If you're into into both linear and tactile switches, these are a nice potential option, they feel very similar to the Akko Cream Black Pros (which are heavier linears similar to Gateron Ink Blacks and Oil Kings) that I'm very familiar with in my Q3 Pro SE to the point that it's almost difficult to tell the difference aside from sound.

Compared to other tactile switches like the K Pro Browns, the Bananas sound louder and brighter, and feel slightly more firm.

For $25 CAD, you get enough switches to complete a full sized board - that's crazy value. The bananas are a medium tactile switch with an early bump that's 3 pin, so it's compatible with almost any board. Out of the box, they feel fantastic and sound great too. Unfortunately they do seem to suffer with a bit of ping on the upstroke with some mild scratchiness as well - which can be minimized with some lubing. However, beyond this, they are darn near perfect for me. For my preference they are the goldilocks of weight and tactility. For the price, I 100% recommend them.

Pre lubed with dustproof stems; smooth, silent, and wobble free. These are most identical sound and feel to the K Pro reds but the stronger springs provide me much better feedback and fewer accidental keystrokes.
